About Us!
RAYS is a place to connect, imagine, and be yourself!
At Reconnect Academies Youth School, we aim to create a joyful, welcoming space for children & young people to explore creativity, build confidence, and have fun through drama and performing. We are passionate about making the arts accessible to every child, through age-tailoring, accessible pricing and financial support.
When we began as Reconnect Stage School back in 2022, we only offered two acting classes with a handful of students… Now moving into 2026 as Reconnect Academies Youth School, we are so proud to say we offer approximately 12 contact hours a week, across 9 classes with a wonderful community of students!

Reconnect Regal Theatre:
● 5pm – 6pm – Reconnect; Take The Stage (Drama Class) – Ages 6-8
● 5pm – 8pm – Musical Theatre – Ages 9 – 15
WEDNESDAY
Reconnect Regal Theatre:
● 5pm – 6pm – Reconnect; Get Set, Action (Drama Class) – Ages 8 – 10
● 6pm – 7:15pm – Reconnect; Acting Up (Drama Class) – Ages 11 – 12
● 7:15pm – 8:30pm – Reconnect; Prep for Performance (Drama Class) – Ages 13 – 18
THURSDAY
Reconnect Regal Theatre:

● 5:30pm-7pm – RAYS Collective (Audition Only)
SATURDAY
Reconnect Howden Park:
● 10:30am – 11:30am – Mini’s Musical Theatre – Ages 3 – 5
● 12:30pm – 2pm – Musical Theatre – Ages 9 – 15

We believe that money should never be a barrier to childhood experience, so if you are in financial hardship and still want to see your child attend any of our classes, please email us as we have a limited number of funded places available.
The fund that pays for this comes from donations to our charity. If you would like to donate to fund places for children who cannot afford them, then please let us know and we can add this to your direct debit. One-off donations are also greatly appreciated
