When can we pick up tickets/what are box office opening hours?

Tickets if asked for printed tickets can be collected from box office during the following hours

Howden: Tuesday to Friday, 10am – 2pm

Regal: Thursday, 10am – 2pm

Is there a lift/disabled access?

Yes, there is a lift to access Entrance C of the Brian Duguid Auditorium

Can tickets be posted out?

No, Unfortunately tickets can only be collected at box office, during box office hours, or they will be sent via email as an e-ticket.

Tickets purchased online will be sent via email.

Where can we pick up tickets?

If the tickets can’t be emailed to you they can be collected during box office hours.

Howden: Tuesday to Friday 10am – 2pm

Regal: Thursday 10am – 2pm

How do I reach the venue via public transport?

You can view public transport options for each venue on when visiting either Howden Park or Regal Theatre pages on the website

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there is parking available at both venues

Is there accessible parking at the venue?

Yes, there is accessible parking at both venues

Can we get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable unless a show is cancelled or rescheduled

 

Changing tickets to a different performance day/time for the same show

Please ensure you have checked the date and performance time is correct before confirming your booking.

Should you have to swap tickets to a different date, or time there will be a £2.50 admin charge.

 

If you have booked the wrong date/show, please contact Box Office. Do not continue to book the correct performance and ask for a refund. The no refund policy will remain in place 

Is there a bar/can drinks be enjoyed at a show?

There is a bar at both venues. Drinks can be taken into the auditorium from the bar

Is there food available in the venue?

There is pre-theatre meals available on selected shows at Reconnect Howden Park, Livingston. Pre-Theatre meals must be pre-booked

Can children attend/age restrictions?

This depends on the show. If age restrictions/recommendations apply, then this will be in the event information

Can we come in late?

You may have to wait to a suitable point in the performance to take your seats if you attend late.

Who qualifies for a concession ticket price?

Pricing is set by the promoter or event organiser.
